This is the third book in the “Tales of the Otari” series. I have enjoyed these books quite a bit as they seem to blend history, fiction and fantasy well. There's plenty of samurai and “ninja” (though the word ninja is never used) action and the setting is well described… My only true fault with this book is that the climax comes at you pretty fast.
